Ingredients

• ½ small red onion, finely sliced
• 1 red chilli, finely sliced
• 3 ripe avocados, crushed
• Fresh coriander, finely sliced
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 8 cherry tomatoes, finely sliced
• 2 limes, juiced
• Pinch of olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare all the ingredients above
2. Mix together and serve
