
Makes 15 crepes
Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 300g plain flour, sifted
- 200ml milk
- A drop of dark rum
Can serve with anything you like!
Instructions
- Prepare all the ingredients listed above.
- Put the flour in a large bowl, then add the eggs.
- Whisk the ingredients together and add the milk a bit at a time until the batter is smooth. If the batter is still not smooth after 200ml, keep adding milk.
- Add a drop of rum.
- Heat a large frying pan with a knob of butter and once the butter is melted add some of the mixture using a ladle.
- After a minute or so you should be able to lift the side of the pancake. Once you can do this, flip the pancake over. Cook until the pancake is golden.
- Repeat with the rest of the batter.
